At the University of Central Florida, the Director and currently
the Interim Director of the Division of Sponsored Research has
signature authority for the institution.  When he is unable to
sign/on vacation or out of office, the Fiscal Manager within our
Division has signature authority to sign contracts as granted by
memo from the President.
