(soon to be $100,000) and in the absence of the Vice Provost for Research can
sign most agreements with verbal delegation of that authority.

Subject: Signature Authority

Am interested in knowing if any Research Administrators at the level of
DIRECTOR have signature authority for the institution.  If so, does
the institution impose any limitations.  That is, signature authority up
to a certain funding level and beyond that a higher official's signature
must be obtained.
