I am searching for information on the appropriate Federal formes used to
transfer used Federal equipment to a university laboratory.  The agency
is holding the equipment for the transfer.  Does anyone have knowledge
of the form numbers required for the transfer of Federal equipment or a
contact for the forms.  The Government Administrative Service needs a
form number.
