We recently transfered equipment to a research university and reported the
transfer to DHHS on form PHS 3734 "Official Statement Relinquishing Interests
and Rights in a Public Health Services Research Grant". This form requires the
reporting of all equipment costing $1,000 or more transferring with the
project.
