I am involved in a cooperative agreement with NSF which is utlizing in-kind
services of individuals in industry/etc. as match against the funding.

We do utilize a system for documenting time/travel expenses for these
individuals.  Is anyone out there faced with a similar situation.  I would
like to discuss what you are doing, if you have been challenged on it, etc.
