The other day I asked if anyone had success in negotiating the
disputes clause with Martin Marietta, and received a number of
responses. But, Martin will no longer agree to any changes at
all and are insisting that all litigation be brought and prosecuted
in Federal District Court with venue in the US Court in the
Eastern District of Tennessee, Northern Division.  However, I was
told that if anyone has lost a contract because they could not
agree to the language that they will reopen discussion.  Has
anyone lost a contract, or would any other university be unable
