Has anyone recently tried to negotiate with Martin Marrietta
Energy Systems in Oakridge?  In their disputes clause they
are insisting on that any litigation be prosecuted in a
court with venue in the Eastern District of Tennessee.  There seems
to be no relief from it.  THis clause essentially prohibits most
state institutions from being a subcontractor from DOE - when
Martin Marrieta is involved.  Anyone have any success with this
one?
