Today I tried to access Grantweb whose URL is:

 HTTP://www/nsf/gov/oirm/grantweb.htm

and all I got was a message saying "This Information is No Longer Available".
Does anyone know anything about what happened?  Has NSF discontinued the
service permanently or is it just down for a short time?  This was a great
source of grant-related information, it would be a terrible loss if we can
no longer have access to it.
