I am having a problem helping faculty submit concise vitae for grants.  NSF
is very clear as to what they want included others are not (aside from
physical requirements-length, type size, etc.).  I am finding that I need
something written to give them.  It is a ticklish area on my campus as
many think that the bigger the better due to the on campus needs when
applying for tenure or promotion.  Has anyone solved this sort of problem
on their campus?
