My institution's Provost would like to send one of his staff members to a
grant-writing workshop.  I used to get announcements for David Bauer's
"Winning Grants" Series, and the Grantsmanship Center's program, but don't
recall receiving anything lately.  Does anyone know of a comprehensive
seminar being presented in the near future?  In the U.S. (preferably the
west coast)?
