We find OFP provides valuable services for us, for anything from
tracking legislation to tracking where the money is.  As you've probably
heard by now, OFP has a sliding participation fee schedule, depending
on your institution's FTE student enrollment.  Last year, the fee ranged
from $2775 to $7800.  Call them at 202/857-1834 for further information.
