We have subscribed to Counterpoint Publishing's Federal Register via
Gopher for about six months.  We like it.  Cost is about the same as the
paper version, if I remember correctly--between $400-500.  It takes a
while to get used to, but we have.  And I sure like not having all that
paper around.

We also subscribe to the electronic CFDA from The Grants Adviser folks;
very valuable, and cheaper than the federal version, if memory serves.
