I am looking for samples or prototypes of "consortium" agreements that
define relationships among several entities, e.g. universities, to accomplish
some mission or conduct an academic program.  For example, several universities
agree to jointly establish and conduct a program on mid-eastern economic and
business studies.  Further, there is a lead institution that handles the admin-
istration.

I would appreciate receiving information, particularly copies of model
consortium agreements or specific agreements, that you use for this purpose.
