FYI, the government publishes a booklet on either a monthly or quarterly
basis listing all who have been debarred or suspended.  You can subscribe
through the government printing office and my recollection is that it is
about $20/year.  You won't find alot of university or hospital folks in
there--mostly landscapers and cleaning services.

I think this is one of the clauses that you probably need to worry LEAST
about especially if you get the words "to the best of our knowledge" added.
