Marcia, at the Division of Sponsored Research at the University
of Central Florida, the Contract Administration staff is not yet
on the Internet but I am very interested in starting this access.
Can you tell me the approximate training time it took your staff
to become "Internet-literate"?  Are you in the NSF experiment
with NSF awards coming online instead of waiting for paper?  Does
your grants development staff access the Internet for funding
opportunities?  How often?  I am very interested in learning more
about your experience...thanks for any help you can offer
