Does anyone have the text of a "recently issued" joint statement issued by
Senators Warner and McCain that lists DOD programs funded for FY95 that they
propose to cut or eliminate?  This apparently proposes rescinding the $1B
DOD FY95 appropriation for research grants at universities, the $363M
appropriation for medical research, and termination of the $550M Technology
Reinvestment Program.
