I am interested in a critique of GAMS from those of you who may have used
it or are using it.  GAMS is the Grant Application and Management System
developed as a joint effort of IBM, USC, and NCSU.  Sounds nice.

Also, if you know a price, I am interested in a ball park figure.  Thanks.
