GrantsWeb is a World Wide Web starting point for accessing
grants-related information and resources on the Internet. GrantsWeb
organizes links to grants-related Internet sites and resources,
including funding opportunities, grants data bases, policy
developments, and professional activities.

Anyone who has access to a Mosaic-type  or Lynx (text only) Internet
browser can use GrantsWeb.
