On an NEH grant that UCF transferred in in 1991 from Ohio
State(Dr. Charles Harpole) there was this situation and we did
reimburse a portion of the cost of the equipment to Ohio State
... this was less expensive that to re-purchase the equipment for
us and reimbursed OSU for their matching $$ --
