Is there on board (or does someone know of) an NIH recipient
school (or faculty/staff member of) of the NIH grant
which provides funding/training to establish an Office of
Sponsored Programs in an undergraduate, predominately
minority institution which does behavioral, social
sciences or biological research?  A contact name would
