Just a reminder -- I had asked NIH for its internal policy on Nepotism,
because we felt their policy might be a good MODEL for us, in framing our
policy, NOT because we thought it would apply to us as a GRANTEE.

As Joellen Harper pointed out to me, we should NOT assume the
government's internal policy is the one passed down to grantees.

Joellen also directed my attention to the Grants Policy Statement
pp. 8-19 and 8-19 "Standards of Conduct for Employees"
