This office has been like a yoyo.  I began reporting to the Director of
Institutional Affairs (an office which no longer exists).  Then I reported
to the Dean of the Faculty, then to the Vice President for College
Advancement, and now, again, to the Dean of the Faculty.  The relationship
to the academic wing of the institution seems to be the most logical --- at
least in a small college.
