I am looking at an agreement that says, "Institution falls within the
definition of "Contract Research Organization" as set forth in 21 CFR 312.3."

Unfortunately, we still haven't fully recovered from the January earthquake and
I can't seem to lay my hands on a 21 CFR 312.3!!!  Could someone possibly give
 me a clue as to what it says in there so that I may  determine if that
characterization is correct?  We are a private, non-profit hospital...
