Does anyone know what the rights are of Co-PIs on NSF grants?   Here is the pro
blem.  A faculty member submitted a proposal with several Co-PIs.  The proposal
 was rejected and now the Co-PIs want to see the reviewers comments.  The PI wi
ll not share the results with the CO=PIs and now the Co-PIs want to know their
rights on how to see the comments.  I did not see anything in the manual pertai
ning to this dilemma.  Has anyone had this problem or are all of you so lucky t
o have faculty who get along jolly well in the crisis mode. :)
