Are there any folks out there with a short-form, salary wage based indirect
that includes fringe benefits in their indirect cost pool?

I would like to have a dialog with some of you about doing grant budgets
with this reality.  Please reply directly to me and I'll send my thoughts
and concerns just to those with the same IDC system.
