Have any of you done deals with the Biotechnology Research and Development
Corporation?  Their guidelines: total award limit of  $60,000 for feasibility
studies, indirect limit of 30 %, line item accountability, option to
exclusive intellectual property rights, budget restrictions similar to A-21.
 BRDC is owned by its shareholders Dow, Amoco, American Cyanamid,
Hewlett-Packard, and IMCERA.
