The NIH Guide for September 23, 1994, devotes 2 pages to the topic "Treatment
of Administrative and Clerical Salaries under NIH Grants and Cooperative
Agreements Awarded to Educational Institutions".  You may want to review the
conditions under which NIH will support such salaries under awards beginning
after October 1, 1994 or rebudgetted funds after the same date.  This could
be the topic of an interactive discussion at either SRA or NCURA this fall.
