At Marquette University, PostDocs and Research Associates are eligible for
fringe benefits, even if the grant does not pay for them, in which case,
Marquette pays.  This policy is currently being evaluated to determine how much
money is involved.  We do not have a lot of PostDocs and Research Associates
who are grant funded, but the granting agency does not allow for fringes.
