Wow!  I'm being overwhelmed with requests for information on IRS Rule 20
already!  Several of you have asked for copies of the Goldsberry NACUBO
article.  Unfortunately, I can't put my hands on it--a copy may not have
survived my move to a new institution a couple of years ago.  But I will
