I am interested in learning how many institutions out there have a pool
account for tuition and fees into which is credited a set tuition and fee
rate for each graduate assistant allocated to a grant or contract?  How
does this system work at your institution?  For each graduate assistant
is the rate fixed with regard to credit hours regardless of whether they
are enrolled in ten credits or three credits.  Look forward to receiving
