I concur with Jerry Goldberger; the new PFF guidelines have not yet
been published, but I think they told me the deadline would be
"around Dec. 1."  Perhaps they've settled on Nov. 30.

My understanding is that deadlines in the NSF Bulletin are
occasionally wrong, and that those published in the actual
guidelines are the correct ones.  Only, in this case, we don't yet
have this year's guidelines.
