Has anyone seen the guidelines for the NSF Presidential Faculty Fellows
program on STIS or in hard-copy?  IRIS has the deadline as Nov. 1.  Last
year, we received the guidelines around 8/23.    This one is restricted to
two nominees per institution so we need to give people within the
institution lead time--for internal competition first.  We have been trying
to get in touch with the right people at NSF with some difficulty.
