Has anyone out there had any experience in dealing with the Advanced
Technology Programs (ATP)?  If so, have you successfully worked out patent
agreements with your industry partners?  Also, I understand there will be
only one spokesman for the consortium/partnership and that spokesman must
have power of attorney from the other members to speak to the agency on all
matters related to the program.  How was this handled on your end??

Any insight you may have will be greatly appreciated.
