I have a group of folks out of the faculty senate, of all places,
 who want to write a FIPSE proposal on a rather nifty idea they
 have.  The concept has to do with quality assurance and other
 TQM offshoots and shared governance.
 Does anyone have/know of a similar successful FIPSE proposal
 and/or proposal of which we might secure a copy?
 I'd appreciate your help.
