We have had good experience with a software package we purchased from
Dartmouth college.  It includes the NIH cover pages (both new and
continuation) and the two budget pages (detail and summary); also NSF
cover and budget pages are available.  It uses LOTUS with Allways or
WYSIWYG and gives a very nice quality output.  It is not very expensive.
And when NSF recently revised the GRESE book and forms, we got an update
from Dartmouth.  While I can't put my finger on the brochure at this
