Do any of you have, or know an institution that has, a designated
"compliance" officer?  We're developing a new position in our Office of
Research Administration that will be responsible for insuring
compliance with various regulations (animals, humans, misconduct, conflict
of interest, A-133, A-21, etc), and we'd like to talk to people who have
already been down this road.  Thanks!
