Joellen Harper of the NIH reports that the Grants Policy Statement
and a "Highlights of What's New in the GPS"will be up on the
gopher shortly (the next two weeks or so).  It will be located
within the "Grants and Research Information" menu --the same
menu where the NIH Guide is found.

The notice of the availability of the GPS via gopher probably will not appear
in the NIH Guide until Sept 16 or 23 since the Guide will not be published
on September 2 or 9
