Mike McCallister asked the question about funding for a program that
included child day care and long term adult care.  It sounded like a
program announcement from ACHPR.  They fund studies involving different
approaches to providing health care delivery.  But as "Spanky" wrote,
what you have to go on was pretty thin.

Mike, if the Agency for Health Care Policy and Reform, (I transposed the
initials earlier and this editor screws up corrections like that) is not
the announcing agency, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation sometimes does
public announcements like that and they could be the source.
