I had a call from a rural hospital asking about some "federal
 money" that is for programs combining a variety of services
 including day care for children, long term adult care,
 retirement homes, and other types of "people care" into
 single facilities.  Does this ring a bell with anyone?
 I admit my info here is a tad thin.

 While I'm begging, anyone had any luck with funds for msuci
 labs?  (Computers, sequencers, electronic percussion, recording
 equipment, etc.)   I promise this is not for me personally, but
 for a faculty member.
