A colleague told me that he had recently seen a reference to an
FDA Concept Paper concerning conflict of interest.  In fact, he saw it in
an announcement of a meeting in which it was stated that all speakers would
be governed by the principles put forth in this paper.  Does anyone know
anything about this Paper?  If someone has a copy that they could send me, I
would greatly appreciate it!
