Has anyone in the research administration community developed Microsoft
Word or WordPerfect versions of the forms from the NSF Grant Proposal Guide
application kit?

The NSF Smart Forms appear to be an extraordinarily complex detour rather
than an investigator-short cut, and we are reluctant to post them on our
Gopher server due to their complexity.
