Sorry if I have said this before, but a consortium of 20 UK
universities have a post-grant administration package under development
by Oracle UK (and so based on Oracle database), as part of a much
larger system covering also applications, staff and department
capability, publications, intellectual property.  Some modules went
through acceptance testing last week, but the post-grants admin. is not
scheduled before next January.
