Have there been (and perhaps I missed seeing)
responses to Paul Parker's question of 6/24...
"Is it permitted to split a consultant payment with
a non NSF sponsored project that would result in a
payment over NSF's per diem but NSF would only be
charged a portion of the total cost?"????
