OUr organization recently process an application to the PVA. In their guidelin
es and noted on their budget forms was a cap on fringe benefits. We veiwed
this as rather unsual and quite alarming as our fringe benefits are comprised
of ONLY statutory and Union Negotiated costs that we must pay. I called
the PVA and stated that we would be happy to negoitate/cost share other
costs but fringe benefits are not negotiable. Have other organizations been
running into this issue if so how are you handling the cap on FB?
