In response to Richard Moore question about liablity to IRB members, we
include them as part of our liablity insurance just as we would included
our officers and Board of Trustees.  As a non-state institution, we do
not share some of the same protection as a state medical school or public
hospital.  All committee members are protected under the same policy.
