We also subscribe through Counterpoint - but we receive the Register
on CD Rom.  They have a nice front end search tool that allows you
to search on key words or by particular agency.  You can also
specify Notices, Rules, NPAs, etc., depending on what your're looking
for.  I find the search tool much easier than going through
the hardcopy.  Also you can't beat the space savings.

We receive it every Wednesday through the previous Friday via US
mail.  For $5 per week Counterpoint will Airborne it for guaranteed
Tuesday arrival.
