We've had on-line access of Federal Register since August of 1993. The
on-line version is not less tedious you still have to read between the
lines. The major advantage is you have same day information and don't have
to wait 2-3 days before receiving hardcopies through the mail. It is quite
user friendly. The listings are the same as you would find in the TOC. You
also have archived issues available to you.

I would still continue to receive the hardcopies if you can. This helps
when announcements have forms, plus if your computer is tied up, you can
grab it off the shelf and search. Our institution has a subscription
through "Counterpoint" You can contact them at xxxxxx@counterpoint.com for
more information. It s a great service. Our faculty have appreciated the
quick release of information with regards to funding opportunities. Be
sure and tell Counterpoint the folks at TEES Research Services-Texas A&M
sent you.
