Has anyone tried the Federal Register online?  The feds are now
offering it via telnet for $375/yr.  Our office scans the paper
copy daily--a tedious chore, unless one is interested in bridge
closings and antidumping notices.  Is the online version less
tedious?  Can one search for 'grants and cooperative agreements:
availability'?
