For those of you that have one of these NSF Centers...Do you have
agreements in place with Motorola?  I have heard from NSF that The
University of Arizona and Georgia Tech may have such an agreement with
Motorola.  I was wondering if Motorola signs these agreements as is.  The
attorney that I am dealing with says that they never sign them, but the
program manager at NSF says they do. I wanted to try and see if there is
anything in place somewhere that I could compare with.  Thanks for any
help.
