I've supplied info for survey from Emory.  We have 3 primary issues
for clinical investigations:

 Publication Rights
 Data Ownership
 Indemnification

Confidentiality language is important but typically not a problem,
just the time period (we prefer 5 years following conclusion of the
agreement.   I checked our indemnification agreement and it only
covers the institution.  I would be interested in seeing language
which deals with the individual???
